1 cup of mozzarella
1 cup of parmesan
1 egg
Garlic ( as much as you like)
Bake 350 for 15 to 20 minutes


These are absolutely amazing. Some people put this in a bread pan or just on parchment paper and rounded to make garlic pizza bread. I didn’t have parchment or bread pan so I used these. I like these as I can make some and throw them in the refrigerator and grab one.
**I used the above recipe last night. Turned out great. Today wanted to make some more but I didn’t have enough grated parmesan so I used a half a cup of the grated and a half a cup of the shredded Parmesan cheese. Again turned out amazing. So good!!
