Keto Bread Twists

Ingredient:

Almond Flour ½ cup

Baking Powder 1 teaspoon

Butter 2+2⁄3 ounces

Coconut Flour 4 tablespoons

Eggs 2

Green Pesto 2 ounces

Salt ½ teaspoon

Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella) 1½ cups

Instructions:

Preparing the keto bread twists is a breeze. Simply follow the below mentioned steps to prepare the delicious keto bread twists:

1 – Preheat the oven to 350 0 F

2 – Take a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients in it

3 – Put a saucepan on a low heat setting and melt butter and cheese together in it. Stir continuously until the batter turns smooth

4 – Crack an egg into the mix and keep stirring until it blends in completely

5 – Now, turn off the heat setting and add the dry ingredients to the mix.

6 – Take two parchment papers and place the dough between them

7 – Use a rolling pin for making a rectangle from the dough of about 1/5-inch thickness

08 – Now, remove the upper piece of the parchment paper and spread the pesto

9 – Cut the dough into 1-inch strips. Twist the same and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the whisked egg on the strips

10 – Now, put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown

Note:-

 In case you’re out of pesto, you can choose among a wide variety of other spices. You can choose from basil, chili, curry, cumin, oregano, paprika powder, and thyme

 If you wish to add some variety, then try replacing some of the parmesan cheese with mozzarella cheeseForm a dough with the mix
