Keto Brownies

Here’s a recipe for delicious keto brownies:

  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of granulated Swerve sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, Swerve sweetener, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl, and stir until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  4. If using chocolate chips, fold them into the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing into squares.

These keto brownies are rich, fudgy, and chocolatey, making them a perfect treat for anyone on a low-carb diet. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
