Keto Cheese Crackers


Egg: 1

Salt: 1/2 tsp.

Almond flour: 1/2 cup.

Shredded cheese: 5 oz.

Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp.


Heat your oven to 300 F. Arrange the baking sheet.

Take the cheese and cut it in half. Make four pieces of each slice.

Set the cheese on the baking sheet and put it in the oven. Bake the cheese for ten minutes or longer.

Take a bowl and add the garlic powder, red pepper, and egg to it. Combine them perfectly, then add the almond flour to it. Punch them with your hand and make a hard dough.

Break the dough into pieces, make small balls of it, and then press it with your hands. Turn the small balls into a plane shape and create a little hole in them.

Sprinkle the butter on the dough, and then add salt over it.

Dip them in the baked cheese, and then put it in the microwave for almost 20 minutes.

Get it out of the oven, take the plate, and put the crackers in it.

Now the keto cheese crackers are prepared for serving.


You can add the spices to the keto crackers; make sure they are crispy.

The size of the crackers is based on your cutting and pressing.

The storage time of these keto crackers is one week, and use an airtight bowl to keep them at room temperature; otherwise, they will turn soft.
