Keto Tortillas

Here’s a recipe for keto tortillas:


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot water


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, and salt.
  2. Add the olive oil and hot water to the bowl, and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
  5. Place a ball of dough between two pieces of parchment paper, and roll it out into a thin, round tortilla.
  6. Repeat with the remaining balls of dough.
  7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  8. Carefully peel the top parchment paper off a tortilla and place it in the skillet.
  9. Cook the tortilla for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned and cooked through.
  10. Remove the tortilla from the skillet and repeat with the remaining tortillas.
