Keto Lemon Cream Fool


Cream cheese softened 1/2 cup

Whipping cream 1 cup

Keto-friendly sugar/ powdered erythritol1/2 cup


Fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup

Zest of 2 lemons

vanilla extract 1 tsp.


Take a chilled bowl, pour the whipping cream into it, and then whip it until a stiff peak forms to create a light and velvet touch.

In the other bowl, add powdered sugar and the softened cream cheese and blend until well mixed.

Now add vanilla extract, lemon zest, a pinch of salt, and fresh lemon juice to the mixture and mix them well.

Now add the whipped cream to the lemon base and then fold it gently until well combined.

Take a glass and layer the lemon cream mixture in an even manner.

Keep the fool in the fridge and allow it to cool.

Garnish the delight with lemon zest or fresh mint leaves.

The refreshing delight is ready to be served.
